Although this mailing list probably isn't the best place to address your problems, here are a few tips:
* Is your Anti-Virus program up-to-date and working correctly? Perform a full system scan to make sure you are virus-free. If you don't have an anti-virus application installed, go get one! In the iterim, there free scanners available online. I've had good experiences with Norton, Kaspersky, ESET, Avast, and Avira in the past. Avast and Avira also offer free versions for home use.
* Check for spyware and adware infections on your system. Spysweeper, Ad-Aware, and Spybot offer free scanners to help you check and clean various forms of malware.
* Try disabling or uninstalling all browser plug-ins and add-ins you may have installed including search bars or other programs such as Adobe Flash Player and see if the crashes continue. Close all other open programs to try and isolate the cause of the crashes.
You mentioned that you were also experiencing crashes in IE previously and if they are still continuing, there may be a common cause or you may have an underlying OS issue that needs repaired. In this case, the best advice I can provide is to find a trusted IT resource to help you fix your system. If all else fails, it might be time to backup your data and start fresh with a complete OS rebuild.

Anyone else having trouble with Firefox crashing? I had 3.0.7 version and got constant crashing so I just upgraded to 3.0.8 and it still crashes about once or twice an hour. Nobody at Firefox seems to have the answers and it usually happens while I'm using my Yahoo email. It does it whenever I seem to do anything and there seems to be no way to prevent it. IE7 was always crashing which is why I switched to Firefox. Any ideas? I'd be grateful for the assistance. Thanks a lot and have a nice Palm Sunday tomorrow. Sayonara for now and see ya soon. Kami bless all of you and toodles- K&K
