All Animes: [animeontv] 1940s time of Kishin Corp.

I hope that you are doing well today. First of all I want to talk about the anime series called Kishin Corp.
.
I've seen the movie trailer clip on an old Pioneer tape about Kishin Corp. This was before Pioneer changed its name to Geneon. One day I was at Charlotte Comicon that Rick Fortenbury was putting on. I saw VHS tapes on sale at a dealer's table for $2.00 each. The whole series cost me about $6.00 dollars. I remember Artist Rick Ketcham telling me that he had never heard about the series. The story itself is not too bad. It has wonderful characters like the old engineer named Pops, scientists named Eva Braun, and Albert Einstein. Plus, there is a reference to Edgar Rice Burroughs' Tarzan. I liked part of the story with a young hero boy working with Pops. I've seen this type of idea done before in another anime series - Metal Overman King Gainer comes to mind. The idea of aliens and Nazis working together makes a very good group of villains to fight. Reminds me of the time I saw Dr Who's story called Silver Nemesis. I recall a time that we saw Making of Dr Who 25 anniversary. Angela Phillip saw David Blanks talking and she said Take out the Cyber just leave me the man. He is good looking. This happened before she met her husband John Wade.

April 18, 2009 .The NC Rowan County Anime Group will be meeting in front of Books-A-Million store in Salisbury ,NC at 5:35pm .At 5:50 pm we will be going over to person's home in to have our meeting . We will be looking at the anime series series called Kishin Corps . This anime series is not appropriate for young kids because of some language use in this anime series.Join us for a sneak peak DVD demo of Huntik:Secrets&Seekers.We look forward seening you!

May 2, 2009 is free comic book day. That means local comic book stores will be giving away free comic books.

Unhuu Sentrai Noiz will be performing a live concert at this year's Animazement 2009. Kichi Tsunoda and Noriko Hidaka are also joining the ranks of guests at Animazement 2009.
